2. Purpose
This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website and of the SuaVar Service, a platform of AI-powered educational trading tools. Accessing it implies acceptance of this Notice, of the Terms of Service and of the Privacy Policy.
3. Conditions of use
You undertake to use the site lawfully and not to use it for activities contrary to the law, to public morals or to public order. The content is exclusively educational and informational and does not constitute financial advice. SuaVar does not act as an investment firm, securities dealer, broker or portfolio manager. The platform does not intermediate transactions, does not receive or hold client funds, and does not execute buy or sell orders on any financial market (see the Disclaimer).
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The content, software, design, trade marks and distinctive signs of the site belong to Aitor Ilundain Real or to its licensors. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.
5. Exclusion of liability
We take reasonable measures for the site to work properly, but we do not guarantee continuous availability nor the absence of errors or interruptions.
The source code the platform makes available is provided for educational and simulation purposes. We apply the technical checks described in clause 5 of the Terms of Service, which verify that the code compiles. The decision to deploy it and to trade with it rests exclusively with the user, who assumes the decisions taken on the basis of those results and their financial consequences.
The provider's liability regime is the one set out in clause 10 of the Terms of Service, including the exceptions that cannot be excluded by law and the guarantees available to users in their capacity as consumers. See also the Risk warning.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
If you access or use the site as a consumer, this cannot deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, and the courts of your place of domicile shall have jurisdiction.
For all other users, the parties submit to the Courts of Pamplona, España.
