1. What SuaVar is and what it is not

SuaVar is a software tool with an educational purpose. We are not an investment firm nor a financial intermediary, we are neither authorised nor supervised by the Spanish securities regulator (CNMV), and we do not appear in any register of entities licensed to provide investment services, because we do not provide them.

Specifically, the Service does not provide investment advice, does not manage portfolios, does not receive or transmit orders, does not execute transactions, does not hold funds or financial instruments, and does not connect to your broker. None of its content constitutes a personal recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

2. What information the analyses work from

The results the platform returns are generated by artificial intelligence from three sources:

  • What you provide: your queries, the images you upload, the code you write and the trades you record in your journal.
  • A summary of your own trading: once you have at least five decided trades in the journal, some tools add as context a statistical summary calculated deterministically from that history.
  • Public data from institutional sources: the macroeconomic tools work from information published by the European Central Bank, Eurostat and FRED.

None of that amounts to an assessment of suitability. SuaVar does not ask about or assess your financial situation, your risk profile, your experience or your investment objectives, and its results are not tailored to your personal circumstances. Where an analysis mentions levels, zones or scenarios, they are illustrative: they are not targets, nor forecasts, nor recommended entry or exit points.

The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what information the model providers receive.

3. The code you obtain

The Service makes available code from two origins: the code artificial intelligence generates from your instructions, and the library code written by us. Both are delivered as uncompiled source code.

Before delivering it we run checks: static syntax validation, an automatic repair attempt when errors are detected and, when the compiler is available, a real compilation in MetaEditor from which you receive a corrected version. Those checks verify that the code compiles — not that its logic is correct, nor profitable, nor safe for your account.

The decision to compile, deploy and trade with that code is yours and is taken outside the platform. We recommend that you review it and test it on a demo account before using it with real money. How responsibilities are apportioned is set out in clause 10 of the Terms of Service.

4. Simulations and data

The strategy lab runs its tests on synthetic demonstration data, labelled as such within the tool itself, and never on real historical price data, which we do not provide. Chart analysis works on the image you upload, not on a market feed. Live charts are a third-party widget. The calculators convert currencies using the European Central Bank's daily reference rate.

What each of those origins implies is set out in detail in the Risk warning.

5. Your decisions

Any investment decision you take is yours, and so are its financial consequences. Before taking one, consider whether you understand what you are about to do, how much you can afford to lose and what you expect to achieve, and seek independent professional advice. SuaVar does not recommend that you trade any instrument and does not assess whether anything is appropriate for you.

6. Third-party data and services

Some of the information you see comes from external providers, and part of the Service depends on third-party infrastructure. We do not control those sources: their data may be delayed, revised, interrupted or contain errors, and their availability does not depend on us. We are not liable for that, without prejudice to the guarantees available to you as a consumer and to clause 10 of the Terms of Service.
