The terms, plainly
15% commission
On what the customer actually pays, excluding VAT and after discounts. Quarterly settlement and payment, with no minimum amount, against an invoice and by bank transfer. Any earlier invoicing deadline still applies.
12 months per customer
The commercial window covers the 12 months after each customer’s first payment; reactivation does not restart it. Transactions outside that window are reviewed where a legal entitlement to commission may exist.
10% for your customers, on their first invoice
Whoever types your code at checkout gets 10% off their first invoice only (the whole first year on the annual plan). After that they pay the regular price.
Automatic registration and individual contract
Review the full contract and accept it if you agree. Format checks do not verify identity or tax status. Tax checks take place before the first procedure or transaction that requires them; bank ownership is checked before the transfer.
Spain only, professionals only
For now we only activate self-employed professionals and companies with tax residence in Spain. Private individuals are outside the initial scope.
You do not need to be a customer
A free account is enough to apply. You do not have to buy any subscription.
No commission for recruiting partners
We only pay for customers. There are no tiers, no entry fees and no commission for bringing in other partners.
How it works

You apply with your account: who you are, where you pay tax and on which channels you talk about trading.

Complete your legal and tax details. We check their format and show any errors you need to correct. Bank details are added when preparing payment.

Read and accept your individual contract. You will receive a PDF with both parties’ details and the collaboration terms.

Your acceptance forms the contract under SuaVar’s previously authorised offer. Once delivery of your copy is evidenced, your code activates and you can accrue commissions.
Your code is typed; we do not track you
Automatic attribution happens when the customer types your code at checkout; you can request a correction with supporting evidence. We use no cookies to attribute sales, no URL parameters and no browser storage, and there are no tracking links. You will see your customers by a pseudonymous reference and by month, never by their name or e-mail.
Advertising principles
We are answerable for what is published about SuaVar, so the contract includes advertising rules. The basics:
- Always identify the advertising: "Ad", at the start and prominently, saying that you earn a commission.
- No promises of returns, win rates or screenshots of profits.
- SuaVar is educational software: do not present it as advice, signals or management, and do not mix investment recommendations with your code.
- The discount is 10% on the first invoice only; after that, the regular price. No false urgency.
- No mass or unsolicited messages, no coupon sites and nothing aimed at minors.
- Your first pieces, and any that mention results, prices or comparisons, are reviewed before they are published.
Outside Spain, or a private individual?
We cannot yet activate partnerships outside Spain or with private individuals. You can register your interest without giving us tax or bank details, and we will only write to you if you allow us to.
